Today, I will share how to create a mixed media tag using Grafix Arts Shrink Film on a mixed media tag.
Choosing a Word of the Year
Several years ago, I started choosing a word of the year. A word that would guide me and help remind me of what I was hoping to bring into my life that year.
This year, I chose the word GROW. In reality, I’ve done so much growing over the last three or four years. You may have, too. It’s been tough goings, and that usually amounts to growth.
But this year, I want to grow in uplifting ways. With this in mind, I’m working on a new online program for artists that I’m super jazzed about and that you will be hearing more about. It will be heartfelt, freeing, and fun. I can’t wait to share it with you.
Check Out the Video on YouTube
For now, I’ve got this fun video on YouTube that I did for my partnership with Grafix Arts. Wait until you see how big the flower starts off and then, how tiny it becomes once it shrinks up in the oven. So much fun!
So please grab a cup of tea and pop over to see how I made this tag with Grafix Arts Shrink Film!!! Remember that from childhood?? What a fun little treat in our mixed media arsenal.
In conclusion, I hope you enjoyed getting to know Grafix Arts Shrink Film better. I’m always looking for new and exciting ways to stretch my repertoire of skills and supplies in my mixed media work. This film is the perfect supply to add to your mixed media supply closet. Imagine all the ways you could incorporate it into your projects.
Additionally to choosing a Word of the Year, I also create a vision board each year. I wrote a fun blog post about it that you can read HERE! Check it out!
